Ms. Phillips’ strong organizational skills and proactive approach ensure that the organization’s governance processes run smoothly. With a background in sustainability-related projects, Morgan brings not only administrative expertise but also a passion for environmental stewardship, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission.

Ms. McDonald is a seasoned sustainability advocate with over 15 years of experience in non-profit, private sector and government. She combines visionary thinking with operational excellence. She drives our mission by setting strategic priorities, managing staff, and cultivating partnerships with stakeholders and funders.  Her ability to lead high-impact projects, secure significant funding, and effectively communicate the organization’s goals to diverse audiences provides innate leadership to ESFN.

Krystina Thompson

Ms. Thompson, is an  accountant with over 12 years of experience in financial management. She oversees the organization’s financial health, ensuring transparency and accountability in budgeting, reporting, and audits. Her expertise in developing sustainable financial strategies is critical for maintaining the organization’s long-term stability.

Najua George 

Ms. Najua George is a Project Administrative Assistant with a passion for efficiency and innovation. Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science and Management, Najua blends technical skills with organizational expertise to support the successful execution of projects. With an Associate’s degree in Science and Mathematics,  Najua brings a strong analytical mindset to problem-solving and planning. Dedicated to sustainability and conservation efforts, Najua  aims to align professional work with a commitment to creating a greener, more sustainable future with ESFN.

Theolette Simon

Ms. Theolette Simon is a versatile project officer and Stakeholder Engagement Specialist with expertise in fostering strategic relationships and delivering sustainable development initiatives. She has contributed to projects like the Gender and Social Sensitization Component of the Antigua Road Infrastructure Rehabilitation Project and a national road safety campaign that achieved significant legislative reform. Theolette holds a Bachelor’s degree in management and a professional certificate in stakeholder engagement with distinction from the Caribbean Development Bank.

Delandra St. Bernard

Delandra St. Bernard is a skilled Project Admin Assistant with a background in education and administration. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Studies with a focus on Human Resource Management and an Associate of Science in Social Sciences. With over three years of teaching experience, Delandra has developed strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. She previously served as an Administrative Assistant at The Halo Foundation, enhancing her operational and administrative expertise. Passionate about environmental conservation, Delandra has led sustainability projects and contributed to community engagement.
