ESFN works to ensure equity in all aspects of our programming. This means acknowledging historical and systemic injustices and making sure everyone—regardless of gender, age, ability, or background—has access to resources, opportunities, and decision-making power. We advocate for inclusive policies, support diverse leadership, and promote social and environmental justice.
